At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture bending covers made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). We cut the material and apply heat with a heater for bending processing. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, machine covers are often specified to be made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and many of the shapes are relatively simple. We can typically produce these at a short lead time and at a low price. Additionally, there are grades available for static electricity countermeasures. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is commonly used among transparent materials. In terms of cost, it is relatively low compared to other transparent materials. The panel saw (Sinks) is a material cutting machine capable of cutting sheet materials up to a maximum of 100mm. Typically, it can cut around 45 to 50mm. We can produce even small lots, starting from just one piece. We also accommodate repeat orders from single items. We can accept mass production orders (large quantities) that result in a higher total amount, but we also handle small lots (small quantities) that are often difficult to accept elsewhere.
