【System Overview】 It automatically calculates the distance between the GNSS antenna position installed at the tip of the construction crane and the set restriction surface in real-time. If known points are available, a GNSS base station is set up to transmit correction signals via radio. In environments where a base station cannot be prepared, network-based RTK-GNSS surveying can be performed using VRS (Virtual Reference Station). Height and position accuracy can be managed within approximately 5 to 6 cm. Current altitude is visually displayed using dedicated PC software. Workers operate the boom based on the height/clearance display on the screen. When the boom tip approaches the height restriction surface, an alert is triggered through audio and screen display, providing a warning to both the workers and supervisors.
