Manufacturing of flat high-performance power supply body (titanium mesh) electrode substrate (nickel mesh).
We have introduced a leveler device as a secondary processing step after the lasing process!
At Nikken Ras Industry, we manufacture high-quality power supply materials and electrode substrates in the hydrogen and fuel cell fields. As solid polymer-type water electrolysis devices and alkaline water electrolysis devices in the hydrogen and fuel cell fields are expected to become larger and mass-produced in the future, the power supply materials (titanium ras) and electrode substrates (nickel ras) incorporated in them will also increase in size. We have introduced a leveling device as a secondary processing step after ras processing, achieving higher product quality and improved productivity. 【Features】 ■ Introduction of leveling device ■ Capable of processing high-quality ras products with excellent flatness *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Background and Purpose of the Project** Our company has aimed to enter the "water electrolysis device" related business to generate hydrogen, which has become necessary as fuel sources for the recent proliferation of fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) and stationary fuel cells. The industry demands high-quality mesh products with good flatness, but to manufacture high-quality mesh, a leveling process to correct warping that occurs after mesh processing is essential. Therefore, it was necessary to introduce a leveling device as a secondary processing step. **Results After Business Initiatives** After manufacturing mesh [by pressing and stretching flat materials (titanium, nickel, and other special steel types)], we introduced a leveling device to flatten the warped mesh. With this, we were able to correct warping of 35mm down to 1mm for titanium materials, enhancing our responsiveness to market needs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
