Usable from a mounting plate thickness of 0.8mm! Finishes flat without protruding on the surface or back of the base material!
We handle "Press Studs (R)". They can be installed with a plate thickness starting from 0.8mm, and they do not protrude from the surface or back of the base material, resulting in a flat finish. Due to their special shape, they are strong in adhesion, seismic resistance, and torque. The installation method for the press studs involves drilling a pilot hole in the metal plate and pressing them in so that the head is flush. The pressing method can be easily performed using a press or similar equipment. We also manufacture and sell press studs with a thickness of 1.0mm. 【Features】 ■ Can be installed with a plate thickness starting from 0.8mm ■ Does not protrude from the surface or back of the base material, resulting in a flat finish ■ Strong in adhesion, seismic resistance, and torque due to special shape ■ Pressing method can be easily performed using a press or similar equipment ■ All products are domestically produced and managed from manufacturing to sales *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since our founding in 1927, we have operated as a "manufacturing company," engaged in the production and sales of metal components, starting with precision screws. In 2007, we celebrated our 80th anniversary. We deeply appreciate the support of our valued customers and business partners, which has allowed us to develop our business to this day. Rather than resting on our past achievements, all employees, including those in our group companies, are renewing our commitment, viewing this as our "second founding period."
