We manufacture poka-yoke rings from POM (Delrin) colored materials. Available colors include red, yellow, blue, green, gray, black, and white. We can produce them in your preferred color. Poka-yoke devices used in equipment and jigs often have relatively simple shapes, allowing for quicker turnaround times in many cases. POM (Delrin, polyacetal) is a well-balanced material among engineering plastics and is also cost-effective, often compared to MC nylon. For mass production using NC lathe processing (Okuma), we calculate the number of pieces from bar stock, timing the supply of bar materials based on processing time and quantity to increase machine utilization. The factory operates on holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and we can accommodate requests for necessary items right after the holidays. By responding quickly to issues such as unpreventable order omissions and jig damage, we aim to minimize risks and meet your requests as closely as possible.
