At Takimoto Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., we can handle everything from rubber curing processing to processing rubber from metal. Please note that curing processing requires a longer delivery time, and we cannot accommodate short lead times. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, there are various shapes of chuck jaws depending on their design, but we can adjust them as closely as possible to your requirements through machining. Due to the nature of rubber, tolerances cannot be guaranteed. Simple plate processing (sheet material) is done on general-purpose machines (Makino) that do not require the effort of creating a program. The "inspection method" involves checking the received drawings with a checkmark, and for areas with tolerances, actual measured values will be recorded.
