Powerful deodorization of fish odor when making supplements using fish oil with ozone!
At Supplement Japan, there are plans to manufacture DHA and EPA soft capsules using tuna oil as a raw material, and measures are needed to address the "fishy" smell that arises when mixing fish oil in tanks. Therefore, we have introduced the "Ozone Cluster 1400." It is set to operate for 30 minutes and then rest for 300 minutes, and it runs continuously until the next morning when we come to work. When we arrive in the morning, the fishy smell in the area has almost disappeared. Additionally, we are using the ozone water generator "Ozone Buster." We generate ozone water and use it for cleaning industrial mesh (sieves). [Challenges Before Introduction] ■ Measures were needed to address the "fishy" smell that arises when mixing fish oil in tanks. ■ The hypochlorous acid generation device could not eliminate the fishy smell. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company has been importing and selling industrial machinery such as ozone generators since 2012. Initially, we produced high-quality products at low prices through OEM production at contracted factories in China and sold them in the Japanese market. We believed that by directly producing and selling, we could supply high-quality products at low prices, and thanks to this, we received tremendous acclaim, resulting in transactions with thousands of companies across Japan, from small retailers to large corporations. Currently, we have also started handling high-quality Japanese products and are challenging not only the Japanese market but also the global market. Ozone Mart's ozone generators come in a wide variety, from entry models that keep costs down through mass production of thousands of units via OEM to high-quality models produced domestically in Japan.
