[Use Case] Notifying via email about autonomous driving status during nighttime and holidays.

Introducing a case where notifying the automatic operation status of processing machines via email improved the operating rate!

We will introduce examples of how our products, such as indicator lights, rotating lights, and sound/speech synthesis devices, are utilized in the manufacturing industry. Since the processing machines operate autonomously, a manager conducts patrols; however, when the machines stop during the night or on holidays, the recovery is delayed, significantly impacting the production schedule. After introducing our interface converter "NBM-D88N," signals indicating when the processing machines stop are sent to the interface converter and reported via email. This eliminated the need for patrols, allowing for quicker recovery responses even during nights and holidays, thus improving operational efficiency. 【Case Study】 ■ Before - Managers are absent during nights and holidays - Recovery is delayed when processing machines stop - Production schedules are significantly delayed ■ Improvement - Signals indicating machine stoppage are reported via email - No need for patrols - Quicker recovery responses during nights and holidays *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/ ↓↓↓ Official Online Shop ↓↓↓
