We delivered a dry-aging chamber and showcase to Nan-Aoyama 36 Steak. A stage has been set up in a corner of the store for the showcase and dry-aging chamber, allowing customers to view and select ingredients. Since the location is on the 9th floor of a building, we started with a site visit, and it was impossible to carry everything up the stairs, so part of the installation was done on-site.
