The "CGC-01" is a dedicated inspection device for the testing and management of penetrating concrete protective agents. According to the supplementary document No. 4186 from the National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management, "Method for Determining the Application of Penetrating Concrete Protective Agents (Draft)."
