We would like to introduce a case study of Tsubameki Co., Ltd., which performs cleaning, welding, polishing, assembly, and inspection of metal products. Our company aimed to achieve short delivery times through the outsourcing of multiple local contractors. As a result, we were able to eliminate one process in the pressing stage by improving the mold, successfully reducing the technical cost by approximately 30 yen per unit due to a reduction in man-hours.
