Space-saving processing and reuse of large amounts of water. Compact design suitable for updates and expansions. Catalog with installation examples available.
The "Disc Filter," which is a type of disc filtration device, achieves significant space savings by vertically arranging multiple filtration surfaces. Because it can be installed in a compact space, it is easy to update or expand, and it also contributes to reducing energy and maintenance costs due to low pressure loss. It can be widely used in manufacturing industries for filtering and reusing water in various production processes. 【Features】 - The filtration head loss is approximately 300mm, so a water supply pump is unnecessary. - The raw water supply does not stop during filter cleaning, eliminating the need for a raw water tank or backup unit. - Minimal piping and civil engineering work means installation costs are low. - Installation area is about 4.5m², with a maximum filtration capacity of approximately 440m³/h (varies depending on the target water). - Contributes to processing large amounts of water for reuse and effective utilization. *For more details, please download the catalog with installation examples.
