Additionally, due to the revision of the dispatch law, day labor dispatch has been generally prohibited, and due to the nature of the work, there was variability in the duration and workload, making it difficult to find partner companies that could respond. Implementation Points: By proposing outsourcing, we established a dedicated contact point for durability testing within our company and assigned a dedicated person to manage the staff who actually perform the work with customers. We also actively utilized experienced silver workers to create a flexible system that could respond to test requests from each engineer ranging from 1 day to about 3 months. Implementation Effects: By simplifying the operational flow and necessary documents as much as possible, we were able to further reduce the burden on engineers.
