We would like to introduce the implementation effects of the frequency modulation electromagnetic field water treatment device "Scale Watcher" handled by B-Tep Co., Ltd. To verify the installation effects in the cooling line of a casting factory furnace, we installed this product on the water supply side of the cooling water for the induction path (high frequency and low frequency) equipment. After one year of operation, the interior of the cooling water piping showed that the softened deposits could be easily removed, and the inner surface had formed a black rust film, indicating that the reduction effect of this product was functioning well.
