We offer gas soft nitriding treatment with low processing temperature and minimal distortion.

Our company conducts gas soft nitriding treatment, which involves heating in an atmosphere of "ammonia gas + N2 + CO2" at 560 to 580°C for 2 to 5 hours to achieve effective nitriding in a short time. This method, which simultaneously allows the diffusion of (M) and (C), is accurately referred to as gas carburizing nitriding.
