Here is a customer case study from a seafood processing factory. Ninben Co., Ltd. is a seafood manufacturing and processing company that has been in operation since the Meiji era in Ibaraki Prefecture and is now in its fifth generation. The company primarily processes fish caught at Otsu Port in northern Ibaraki Prefecture and sells them at wholesale markets, including the Tokyo Central Wholesale Market (Tsukiji Market), while also selling directly at local product stores. The main products include processed items such as sardines, young sardines, niboshi (dried sardines), and shirasu (whitebait).
