We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of an ozone generator at Omotenashi Hostel Miyajima. After guests stay in a room, there tends to be lingering odors, especially in the pet-friendly room, which can be difficult to eliminate during long stays. To address this, we introduced the "Ozone Cooler." The odors in the guest rooms, particularly in the pet-friendly room, have been eliminated. Additionally, the unpleasant ozone smell that was noticeable with the previously used ozone deodorizer has significantly diminished.
