Additionally, screws for industrial machinery related to the automotive industry can experience tolerances, warping, and distortion, so we pay careful attention to processing from the cutting of the material. [About Our Processing] ■ NC Lathe Complex Processing (Okuma) For processes such as indexing and screw machining, we use a method that does not require clamps or positioning jigs on our 4-axis machining center. ■ Material PEEK is one of the super engineering plastics and is often used as a substitute when the material currently in use does not meet satisfaction. It is mainly known for its high heat resistance and chemical resistance, and due to its high functionality, the price is also quite high. Special grades can be even more expensive. ■ Support We can accommodate mass production. We can also handle items with large production numbers and shift to a mass production system.
