At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we offer processing of MC Nylon 501CDR6 round bars. You can also leave the processing of R2 and R9 to us. However, please note that the antistatic grade contains carbon, which may cause discoloration on the workpiece. Our company is capable of responding even when material manufacturers are unable to ship by maintaining a rich inventory of materials. By accommodating short delivery times, we aim to mitigate risks for our customers, such as missed arrangements or damage to jigs, as much as possible. [About Our Processing] ■ General Lathe Processing (Mori Seiki) This is used for simple lathe processing items, finishing processes, and chamfering of processed items that do not require programming. ■ Material MC Nylon (Monomer Cast Nylon) is often used in areas where mechanical strength (impact resistance) is required, and the material itself is readily available, making it widely used.
