The shock and vibration-absorbing damping rubber "Hanenite" absorbs energy without almost any rebound when subjected to external forces. This product integrates Hanenite, which has excellent vibration absorption capabilities, with a shape that provides high vibration absorption effects, making it possible to prevent resonance in the light load/low frequency range, which is difficult to address with commercially available anti-vibration rubber. It can be arranged or stacked to adjust the vibration absorption effect, accommodating various requirements. Free samples are currently available (limited quantity)! <<Basic Characteristics of Hanenite>> ● Exhibits excellent vibration-damping performance in the normal temperature range (5–35℃)! The rebound elasticity is below 10%. ● A lineup with additional characteristics! GP-LE: Has the highest vibration-damping performance among Hanenite and can produce colored rubber. CP-S: Usable down to -20℃. MP: Demonstrates vibration-damping function over a wide temperature range (-9–43℃). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Can be molded similarly to general rubber. Strong adhesion with metals is possible (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon bonding (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets! Vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3 and independent bubbles. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliant with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
