Lightweight and high rigidity GFRP material! Maintenance-free, contributing to reduced maintenance costs! Proven track record on the Chugoku Expressway!
The Ultra-Lightweight Truss (ULT) inspection path is an inspection path made of a lightweight truss structure primarily composed of GFRP. The handrail section uses FRP pull materials, and the floor slab is constructed with a sandwich structure of FRP pull materials and core materials. The standard effective width is 0.6 m, and the handrail height is 1.1 m, with the floor slab featuring anti-slip processing on the top surface. 【Features】 ◆ Since GFRP is the main material, it has high corrosion resistance and high rigidity. (With a full load of 3.5 kN/m², the maximum deflection is within 1/400 of the span) ◆ Being lightweight (29 kg/m), it offers excellent workability. ◆ It can accommodate bridge lengths of up to 10 m. ◆ It has been verified for rigidity, handrail safety, and fall prevention performance against the expected usage patterns during inspection and examination work. ◆ Depending on the construction method, initial costs can be reduced, and running costs can also be lower compared to steel inspection paths. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog for review.
