[Scale Watcher Implementation Case Study] Water Treatment Equipment for Thermal Power Plants

We would like to introduce the case study of the introduction effects of the frequency modulation electromagnetic field water treatment device "Scale Watcher," handled by B-Tep Co., Ltd. At a certain thermal power plant, during the regular maintenance period in May to June each year, they performed work such as chipping off hard scale adhered to the walls, floors, and beams inside the desulfurization tower using hammers and scrapers, in addition to high-pressure washing. However, due to the thick and firmly adhered scale, they were replacing 3,000 to 4,000 grit pieces with new ones, and all grit with large amounts of adhered scale was treated as industrial waste. After introducing our product, only a few dozen grit pieces were replaced after one year, resulting in a significant reduction in replacement costs. Although there was some scale adhesion in parts of the absorption tower, it was easily removed with just jet washing.
