We would like to introduce the hair care section of the OEM business offered by Orion Cosmetic Industry Co., Ltd.!
This document presents case studies related to our "OEM business" in the hair care sector. We introduce examples of requests for hair care products, including a cost-effective "scalp shampoo" available in small lots, as well as a "hair coating agent" similar to a beauty serum and a "one-step shampoo." 【Case Study 1】 ■Request - Quasi-drug & cost reduction for small lots ■Background - Since the "scalp shampoo" is a new product launch, we want to enter the market with an initial small lot of 1,000 units. ■Proposal - We will arrange containers that can accommodate small lots and propose a design that maintains a sense of luxury through label processing. - In response to the urgent request for commercialization, we will propose using our stock formulation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company's number one feature is our outstanding "formulation development capability." Established in 1964, we have a history of pioneering the development of cream-based rinses and starting sales in the beauty industry. In 2002, we contributed to the creation of a new market by offering silicone-free shampoos. In 2004, we successfully developed a completely new type of facial cleanser that resembled a "nuka bed" turned into soap. In 2019, we focused on the functions of "good bacteria" and succeeded in developing a transparent gel that encapsulates lactic acid bacteria in special particles. We have also produced numerous skincare and haircare-related products, delivering a range of unique and highly functional products. In addition to development, we provide extensive support to our customers by addressing concerns and questions regarding cosmetic OEM, consulting on product development, and offering suggestions for formulation improvements, renewals, and additional products based on sales progress and repeat orders. Since our founding, we have been committed to evolving in line with the "changes" of the times to accommodate all possibilities, striving to propose products and services that satisfy our customers.
