Case Study of Scale Watcher Implementation: Water Treatment Equipment for Large Cooling Towers

Achieving significant cost reductions! Introducing a case study on the effects of implementing industrial water treatment systems.

We would like to introduce the case study of the implementation effects of the frequency modulation electromagnetic field water treatment device "Scale Watcher," handled by Be-Tep Co., Ltd. In a system that had been injecting chemicals at a cost of 500,000 to 600,000 yen per month (approximately 7 million yen annually) since installation, we conducted a 6-month test of our product under the condition of no chemical injection. During the open inspection after 6 months, we confirmed that there was no scale adhesion at all on the areas painted white. In the CT management after the introduction of "Scale Watcher," we achieved complete no chemical injection, except for chlorine treatment for slime prevention, in the sixth year.
