This is an ashing device that supports the dispersion dyeing method through ashing after acetone vapor deposition, which is also adopted by JIS standards. The device performs optimal tuning with the START button and carries out plasma treatment to atmospheric release automatically. Furthermore, it demonstrates its effectiveness in asbestos identification by ashing and removing organic substances contained in building materials at the atomic oxygen level.
