【POINT】Detailed Hearing and Meetings ■ Proposing suitable specifications through detailed meetings with mechanical technology members and electrical program technology members ■ We conduct tests on our test machines to understand the viscosity and filtration characteristics of the products the customer wants to filter and process. We consider the specifications of the machines suitable for the customer's products and discuss how to operate the centrifuge and the timing of each process. We create operating patterns tailored to the products and develop custom-made programs based on hearings from the customer. ■ Diverse Recipes ■ We create 12 different recipes to switch between multiple products over a certain period, allowing one centrifuge to perform dewatering processing for multiple products. ■ Automation of Product Discharge ■ After completing the filtration and dewatering process and the crystal washing process, the scraping of crystals and discharge outside the centrifuge is done automatically.
