(September 25-27, Intex Osaka) 'ABB Ability Virtual Power Pools' is an optimization calculation package system for distributed power sources that supports one of the largest VPPs in Europe (over 6,000 power sources, with an output of over 5GW). It offers scalability, reliability, and flexibility, allowing application to single/multiple plants and various types of distributed power sources. It employs a mathematical model to distribute operational commands in real-time and optimally to individual energy resources. System limitations, shutdown situations, and scheduling information are registered and updated online, applied, and operated within the system.
