This is a film made from the super engineering plastic PEEK, produced in various thicknesses from thin films to thick materials without stretching! It is available in high crystallinity and low crystallinity types!
"Shin-Etsu SeplaFilm" offers films with excellent thickness precision for applications that cannot be adapted for injection molding, utilizing the various properties of the material. We have successfully developed thin films of PEEK, a super engineering plastic, in both high crystalline and low crystalline types. Please consult us regarding film production of various resins (including PA-9T) using the film-making technology cultivated with PEEK. 【Applications】 ■ Speaker diaphragm ■ CFRTP (aircraft, automobiles, etc.) ■ Motor insulation ■ Medical ■ Semiconductors ■ Various devices 【Features】 ■ Heat resistance ■ Low friction ■ Chemical resistance ■ Low dielectric constant ■ High strength ■ Low water absorption *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
