The small clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter Caloriena R2 is a flow meter that can measure flow with high precision and temperature. It can measure fluid temperature non-contact from the outside of the pipe (with an error of ±1°C). 【Features】 1. Easy installation It can be mounted on the pipe using a dedicated bracket and a single butterfly screw, or fixed with the included Velcro strap. The sensor position can be easily aligned with the notch following the guide. Zero calibration and adjustments are fully automated. It can be battery-operated. 2. Ultra-high resolution It can measure extremely small flow rates (flow velocities) that were previously unmeasurable. (Flow velocity resolution of 0.001 m/sec at >200A, accuracy of 0.6% RD at >0.5 m/sec) 3. Automatic pipe diameter detection function This is a convenient feature for customers who are unsure of the internal diameter due to unknown pipe specifications or old pipes with unknown internal scale. 4. Minimum class sensor dimensions 5. Direct connection to a computer It can be directly connected to a computer via RS485 (MODBUS) or CF card. 6. Multiple sensor connections possible It allows for averaged measurements from two or three side lines of the same piping (improving measurement accuracy) and independent measurements from multiple channels with different pipe diameters. This also contributes to reducing installation costs.
