Low-expansion artificial sand treated with special grinding and processing. Size 0.300mm to 0.075mm.
"NE Sand" is an artificial sand with a rounded shape that has almost no adhesion of fine particles due to special grinding treatment. It is characterized by a low thermal expansion rate. Its hardness is also one of its features, with a Mohs hardness of 7.5 compared to 7 for silica sand. The free silica content is less than 1%, resulting in extremely low dust generation during work. 【Features】 ■ Special grinding treatment ■ Almost no adhesion of fine particles ■ Low thermal expansion rate ■ Hard ■ Extremely low dust generation during work *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Global warming caused by carbon dioxide and severe air pollution due to PM2.5 are becoming issues that can no longer be solved by a single country; they are now global-scale problems. Until today, Yamakawa Industries has contributed to the development of related industries, including the casting industry, primarily through various processing of sand resources. However, now that we are faced with such a critical situation on Earth, we must return to our origins once again and, with an unyielding frontier spirit, "pioneer the next new era." With this determination, we must work together to tackle the conservation and regeneration of the Earth's environment. As specialists in sand, Yamakawa Industries bears part of the social responsibility for the regeneration of limited Earth resources from the standpoint of environmental conservation and effective resource utilization.
