The "Channel-type Heat Exchanger" is a gas-to-gas heat exchanger that uses rolled steel pipes in the heat exchange section. The steel pipes can be selected from carbon steel, stainless steel, and special heat-resistant steel based on temperature and gas composition. To achieve high heat transfer performance, the heating gas flows outside the pipes in a direction perpendicular to the tubes, while the preheating gas is passed through at high speed to enhance cooling effects.
