Introducing a case study of the implementation of a high-density magnetic flux active water device, Dipole, in a restaurant.
We introduced "Ramen Shioya," located in a multi-purpose building near Shimane University in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, which is particular about its salt blends, to the "Dipole." The opportunity for the introduction came when I was invited by a plumber to visit Dipole Kitchen, where I noticed the difference in the deliciousness of the rice. Our maintenance-free product is economical, so we implemented it right at the opening. When we cooked rice, it turned out deliciously. Additionally, when cleaning around the boiling pot with a steel scrubber, the dirt came off easily, and although a large amount of oil is used, it seems that using hot water makes it less likely to accumulate.
