Contributing to the improvement of design! Introducing examples of the development and manufacturing of Super View Up.
As experts in the extrusion molding of rubber and resin, Hottipolymer has assisted various companies, and we would like to introduce some of our development and manufacturing examples. "Super View Up" is a transparent extrusion product made from polyolefin, planned and developed with a new concept. It excels in weather resistance, impact resistance, and scratch resistance, while also having low odor. Additionally, it offers excellent flexibility and heat resistance, and despite being non-crosslinked, it possesses outstanding rubber elasticity. 【Case Study】 <Interior Related> ■ Previously, the glazing channels for indoor fixtures were produced using colored resin, which did not match the aluminum color perfectly and negatively affected the design. → By using View Up, we were able to eliminate the need for the glazing channel itself, removing the necessity to match the color with aluminum and enhancing the design. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
