A small high-brightness LED package that enhances the design flexibility of lighting fixtures and creates new lighting environments.
The biggest feature of the LED for lighting, the "Direct Mountable Chip," is its structure that incorporates a special "reflective wall" on the side of the LED chip, which efficiently reflects the light generated within the package to the top surface of the package. By minimizing the light emission component in the package side direction, it is possible to reduce the crosstalk phenomenon (light attenuation and color change caused by adjacent LED products) that occurs when multiple CSPs are densely mounted. This technology enables the realization of lighting fixtures that achieve both high luminous flux density and high light extraction efficiency, which were difficult to achieve with conventional CSPs, in various lighting application products. Additionally, the "Monochrome Color Direct Mountable Chip" realizes blue, green, orange, and red emissions based on the technology we have developed for blue chips and phosphors. All colors, including white, have a unified forward voltage (Vf), contributing to the simplification of electrical circuit design. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

We manufacture distinctive LEDs for various fields and applications by combining domestically produced in-house chips with diverse phosphors. Our company has developed and expanded its business primarily in the development, manufacturing, and sales of precision chemicals centered around phosphors (inorganic fluorescent materials), guided by our management policy of "Ever Researching for a Brighter World." In our pursuit of luminescent materials, we commercialized the blue LED that astonished the world in 1993, white LEDs that combine phosphors and LEDs, as well as blue-violet semiconductor lasers and optical semiconductors. The invention of these nitride semiconductors has brought about technological innovations in light sources across the display, lighting, automotive, industrial equipment, and medical measurement fields. In this way, we aspire to be a company that continues to contribute to the world by applying our unique technologies in the manufacturing sector.
