The world's first handheld wideband receiver compatible with over 9 types of digital modes. Adding digital reception to handheld devices makes receiving even more enjoyable.
We have adopted an SDR configuration processed by software, realizing a digital receiver that supports various reception modes. It supports wideband reception across a frequency range of 100 kHz to 1300 MHz, covering longwave to VHF/UHF aviation radio, various digital radios, and 1200 MHz band amateur radio.

basic information
Handheld wideband receiver compatible with over 9 types of digital modes. Wideband reception: Supports a wide frequency range from 100 kHz to 1300 MHz. Covers everything from longwave to VHF/UHF aviation radio, various digital radios, and 1200 MHz band amateur radio. Analog all-mode: Despite being handheld, it supports all modes including CW/SSB/AM/FM/WFM. It can be used for receiving various analog radios such as AM/FM broadcasting stations, shortwave CW, SSB amateur radio, AM VHF/UHF aviation radio, and FM-type bug detection. Digital reception is left to auto mode. To receive unknown digital radios, it is necessary to set the reception mode appropriately. AOR has developed a feature called [Digital Auto Mode] that automatically adjusts the received digital radio to the correct reception mode. With simple operation of just tuning the frequency, you can enjoy comfortable reception with the AR-DV10, which supports numerous digital radios. Furthermore, [Digital Auto Mode] also allows reception in NFM mode, making it convenient for receiving amateur radio where analog and digital signals coexist on the same band.

Since its establishment in 1978, our company has started with the manufacturing of amateur radio equipment and has set a high goal of "always being a challenger that opens the doors of the times" as a hubless manufacturer of wireless communication devices. We have engaged in planning, development, manufacturing, and sales, sending numerous dedicated radios for receiving wireless communications in various fields such as business, amateur, maritime, and aviation, not only within Japan but also around the world. Our radios are trusted and used in various receiving operations, including those by the U.S. Department of Defense and NASA, as well as domestic radio monitoring services and fire department receivers. In particular, our handheld transceiver dedicated to 144MHz amateur radio, which we began selling in 1978 ahead of other companies, was a groundbreaking product that adopted synthesizer technology for the first time in the world. Additionally, we have focused on the impact of changes in weather conditions on daily life early on, importing and selling weather observation equipment from Davis Instruments in the U.S. at reasonable prices for over 30 years, which is used by many research institutions, public facilities, agricultural corporations, and for consumer use. As we enter the 21st century and the era of digital communication, our company continues to pursue new technologies and seek extreme performance.
