A metal surface treatment technology that achieves high rust prevention performance by combining ultra-thin films and high corrosion resistance!
"LAFRE" is a metal surface treatment technology that achieves overwhelming corrosion resistance through a combination of three types of metal flakes and uniform film formation. With high coating hardness and excellent adhesion, it suppresses damage and loss of the coating during screw tightening and screw insertion. Additionally, there is no concern about hydrogen embrittlement as there are no pickling or electrolysis processes involved. 【Features】 ■ Environmentally friendly ■ Ultra-thin film, high corrosion resistance ■ Low-temperature treatment ■ No hydrogen embrittlement ■ Coating properties *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
At Kuroiwa Co., Ltd., we perform rust prevention surface treatment processes for metals, including Lafre, Disgo, Raspato, and Delta Protect treatments. Our processing does not involve any steps using acids or alkalis, resulting in no wastewater generation, making it an environmentally friendly closed system method. Additionally, due to the low-temperature baking treatment, there is minimal impact on the material properties, demonstrating our thorough consideration for the environment in our processing technology. We can accommodate surface treatment lots of any size, starting from small prototype quantities. Samples of treated products can be shipped free of charge. Furthermore, if requested, we can leverage our network with various manufacturers to handle parts procurement, perform surface treatment, and provide the finished products, or procure individual parts as needed. If you have any concerns regarding surface treatment, rust prevention, or parts procurement, we will utilize our experience and know-how to provide optimal proposals. Please feel free to consult with us.
