In August 2016, when PLUS-E was first launched, it was equipped with a standard "two-monitoring" function to address general needs such as "quality assessment of molded products" and "drop confirmation after the molded product protrudes" when the molding process was completed and the mold was opened. Then, starting in October 2017, the option for a "three-monitoring" function was introduced. However, as demands arose for four-monitoring to check whether insert parts were placed correctly when performing insert molding with multiple components, Ushio Lighting began developing the "four-monitoring" function to meet this need. By making improvements to the software, this function was successfully added. This feature will be available as an option for both new purchases of "PLUS-E PE-600" and existing customers, with sales and service expected to start in early November. Ushio Lighting aims to use this opportunity to further strengthen the promotion of "PLUS-E PE-600" and increase its market share.
