Utilizing a highly efficient coalescer, it achieves high separation performance for mist from non-water-soluble coolant lubricants. This ensures reliable operation even at very high mist concentrations, with economical maintenance intervals and a long lifespan of up to 2 years. 【Features】 - Reduces consumption and costs of coolant and lubricating oil through a closed oil circulation system. - Suitable for high-concentration gases up to 3,000 mg/h and non-water-soluble coolants using oil. - Achieves superior cleaning performance (separation and recovery performance of oil droplets) and a long service life compared to centrifugal separators, cyclone filters, and electrostatic filters. - The optional pre-filter element (only for LGA601FUW type) can enhance the separation and recovery performance of oil droplets in the coalescer filter. - Filter elements can be easily replaced.
