We will introduce a case study on solving issues with our hot press machine release plate, "Green Plate." During the process of thermally bonding veneer or printed paper to plywood, problems arose where the oozed adhesive solidified, leaving press marks on the product and causing the workpiece to stick to the press heating plate and not release. In response, we introduced the "Green Plate," which is coated with fluororesin on a heat-resistant alloy aluminum plate.
