We will achieve visibility of operations through the integration of labels and web systems. We offer a wide range of support from new construction to the renovation of existing systems.
We offer the construction of IoT solutions using SATO label printers. We can accommodate a wide range of needs, from new constructions to modifications of existing systems. Codes printed on labels can be read by handheld devices, and the results can be sent to a server, allowing real-time confirmation of information from the field on a web screen. Additionally, integration with our web service (web order system) is also possible. We realize a seamless system construction from order to invoice issuance. 【Usage Image】 ■ Label printing using the internal network ■ Label printing from handheld devices ■ Sending results from reading labels with handheld devices to the server and checking the status on a web screen ■ Possible integration with other systems *Please contact us for more details.

【Use Case: A Company Engaged in Electrophoretic Coating of Machine Parts】 We have implemented a solution that integrates our developed process management system (contract development) with our web order system (SaaS) for the purpose of managing processes using labels (with QR codes). ■ Customers can place orders through a dedicated web interface (with the ability to differentiate displayed products and unit prices). ■ The implementing company can check order details from the web management screen, plan production schedules, and issue labels for each production plan. ■ On-site workers use handheld devices to scan the QR codes printed on each label to report the completion of processes (IoT). The completion information is immediately reflected in the progress status table on the web management screen. ■ If defective products are found, defective product labels can be issued from a mobile printer. ■ Individual identification labels are issued for each hanger, allowing for management of usage frequency and maintenance history. ■ The web screen for customers also displays progress status and estimated delivery dates, contributing to improved customer satisfaction. ■ We provide a mechanism that prevents system downtime through replication. Communication with the data center is secured via VPN connection.
