Stainless steel 316 high-temperature and high-pressure needle valve H-99 series. Pressure resistance up to a maximum of 69 MPa. Improved reliability with three types of stem shapes.
The H-99 series is a robustly designed and constructed general-purpose needle valve (globe valve). Made of stainless steel, it is suitable for a wide range of applications and is resistant to high pressure (up to 69 MPa) and high temperatures. It is particularly useful in harsh environments, high-pressure sampling systems, high-pressure shut-off systems, and test stands. Additionally, three types of stems are available (regulating stem, V stem, and non-rotating stem). <Features> - Packing bolt specification allows for easy panel installation without disassembling the sealing part. - Options available for oxygen-free and completely oil-free environments. - Seal kits and handle kits are available for maintenance. - The surface of the stem undergoes diffusion hardening treatment, providing optimal resistance to galling, as well as wear and corrosion resistance. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
