Magnetic Detection Head 'SIE-140' [Introduction to the SI-140 System Basic Unit] This is a magnetic detection head with a resolution of 0.1mm. By performing amplification processing with connected devices for both phase A and phase B, it achieves a resolution of 0.025mm with 4 times amplification. It can accurately read a magnetic scale that alternates between N-pole and S-pole magnetization at equal intervals. Since it uses AB phase signals, it is easy to replace other types of encoders. The measurement distance can be extended infinitely by adding more units.
