The Sabirex Graphite Hot Plate HPX series is a hot plate designed for sample preparation in trace element analysis using ICP-MS, which requires extremely uniform and contamination-free sample decomposition. It eliminates contamination by coating a top plate made from finely powdered graphite with PFA. Graphite is resistant to heat and chemicals, has excellent thermal conductivity, and a low expansion rate, making it an ideal material for PFA coating. By manufacturing the top plate using a different method and eliminating surface irregularities, it prevents the peeling of the PFA coating. In addition to a highly thermally conductive top plate, it features multiple heat sources to pursue temperature distribution and purity. It contributes to high-purity analysis in various fields, including geochemistry and semiconductors, where strict analytical results are required.

● High-quality graphite top plate coated with PFA, resistant to all samples ● Multiple heat source heater cartridges arranged to achieve excellent temperature distribution ● Uniform heating up to the edge of the top plate, with a wide effective heating area for efficient processing at once ● Fine graphite particles are pressure-molded to form a smooth top plate surface ● The smooth surface of the top plate allows for better contact with heating containers, achieving excellent thermal conductivity ● The top plate has no unevenness and is resistant to peeling of the PFA coating, allowing for long-term use ● A PTFE guard is installed around the outer circumference of the main body to prevent direct contact with hands or arms on the top plate ● The controller's cord is long enough to allow operation outside the draft chamber ● Two types available: HPX-100 with a top plate width of about 21 cm and HPX-200 with a top plate width of about 42 cm (HPX-200 is 120V specification)
