Filmix® is a mixer (dispersion stirring device) that enables sharp particle size distribution and micronization to nanometer sizes, which was difficult to achieve with conventional high-speed stirrers. Emulsification and dispersion in seconds significantly shorten research and development time. The 56-L model can operate in both batch and continuous modes on a tabletop. Once the conditions are established in batch mode, continuous experiments can be conducted by setting up a line. Spherical agglomerated particles stirred with Filmix(R) By stirring amorphous particles with Filmix(R), they can be aligned into a spherical shape. This stabilizes the interfacial state of the particles and achieves dispersion stability effects.
