High durability and high reliability energy defense system.
PD Japan is the only domestic specialist in <power defense devices> that proposes the "quality of electric energy," which affects the quality of products, services, daily life, and the digital society. The "UL Lightning Surge Protection Panel" is a highly reliable energy defense system that safely protects equipment with a high probability from failures and malfunctions caused by "noise, pulses, and surges" that invade from the distribution circuit. 【Features】 ■ Technology developed for defense against high-energy weapons is utilized for peaceful purposes. ■ Employs UL-certified devices for lightning surge (EMP) protection. ■ Eliminates direct lightning, induced lightning, and artificial lightning surges with non-stop and uninterruptible operation. ■ Eradicates the impact of surges that can cause failures in protected equipment. ■ Absorbs all surges and noise from the load side circuit, improving system reliability. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Action】 ■ It absorbs and suppresses abnormal high voltage (surge voltage) that intrudes into the power distribution circuit or occurs within the system through thermal conversion, preventing it from entering the protection circuit. ■ The disconnection mechanism specified by UL bypasses only the excessive current (surge current) to the ground (earth) in zero time, or kicks back on the way back. It processes only the surge without voltage, ensuring no power interruption. ■ For surges exceeding the rated capacity, the surge protective device (SPD) safely fails after surge processing and reliably disconnects itself from the power distribution circuit through the built-in cutoff device, suppressing explosion and ignition. ■ This series of functions enables reliable surge processing even against direct lightning strikes. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
It protects electronic devices from all lightning surges present in nature, from direct lightning strikes to induced lightning. It is also effective against artificial noise, pulses, and noise generated indoors, extending the lifespan of the equipment.
-
We protect cultural properties from fires caused by power restoration after blackouts and lightning strikes. Aging distribution circuits cannot handle electrical energy and can cause ignition, but by installing protective panels, we can absorb only sudden high-energy impacts, thus preventing not only fires but also equipment failures.
