■ What is the antifreeze agent "Antifreeze Liquid Revolution"? Our antifreeze agent "Antifreeze Liquid Revolution" is a freeze prevention agent that does not cause salt damage. Its main component is waste glycerol, which is obtained as a byproduct when producing BDF (Biodiesel Fuel: a diesel alternative) from waste oil, and since it does not contain chlorine or acids, it does not have adverse effects on structures, buildings, vehicles, or living organisms, including humans and animals. It is a next-generation antifreeze agent that has obtained a patent (Patent No. 5032695). ■ Antifreeze agent "Antifreeze Liquid Revolution" with recycled resources as the main component Traditionally, waste glycerol produced during the refining process of BDF made from edible waste oil was discarded as special industrial waste and considered to have no use. Our company focused on this waste glycerol and succeeded in refining it to become the main component of antifreeze agents and evaporation prevention agents, obtaining a patent in the process.

■Non-salt-damaging freeze prevention agent "Anti-freeze Revolution" Currently, due to the effects of compounds containing chlorides, damage from salt, known as salt damage, is occurring not only to automobile bodies and surrounding metals but also to plants and animals, roads themselves, and concrete structures, becoming an extremely serious problem in recent years. Our freeze prevention agent "Anti-freeze Revolution" is primarily composed of glycerin and does not contain chlorides, ensuring that salt damage does not occur to metals such as iron or concrete, and it poses no danger to humans or plants and animals, making it an environmentally friendly freeze prevention agent. ■Capabilities of the freeze prevention agent "Anti-freeze Revolution" The freeze prevention agent "Anti-freeze Revolution" has been confirmed to not freeze at -38°C in its concentrated form, -18°C in a 2x diluted solution, and -11°C in a 4x diluted solution. It can be diluted with tap water or similar to suit the environment (temperature) in which it is used, making it very economical. Additionally, due to its low surface tension, it remains on the surface in uneven areas such as asphalt and lawns, making it long-lasting. In our evaporation tests, approximately half of 100cc of the liquid remains even after 540 days. The liquid has high hydrophilicity, so it regains effectiveness on the application surface by absorbing moisture from precipitation, frost, or snowfall.
