Its main component is waste glycerol, obtained as a byproduct when producing BDF (Biodiesel Fuel: a diesel alternative) from waste oil, making it a recycled resource. Additionally, it does not contain chlorine or acids, thus preventing adverse effects on structures, buildings, vehicles, and living organisms, including humans and animals. It is a next-generation anti-freezing agent that has been patented (Patent No. 5032695). ■ Anti-freezing agent "Anti-Freeze Liquid Revolution" made from recycled resources Traditionally, waste glycerol produced during the refining process of BDF made from edible waste oil was discarded as special industrial waste and considered to have no applications. Our freeze prevention agent "Anti-freeze Revolution," primarily composed of glycerin and free of chlorides, does not cause salt damage to metals such as iron or concrete, and it is an environmentally friendly freeze prevention agent that poses no danger to humans or plants and animals. ■Capabilities of the freeze prevention agent "Anti-freeze Revolution" The freeze prevention agent "Anti-freeze Revolution" has been confirmed to remain unfrozen at -38°C in its concentrated form, -18°C when diluted to twice its strength, and -11°C when diluted to four times its strength. It can be diluted with tap water or similar to suit the environment (temperature) in which it is used, making it very economical. Additionally, due to its low surface tension, it tends to remain on the surface in uneven areas such as asphalt and lawns, making it long-lasting. In our evaporation tests, approximately half of 100cc of the liquid remains even after 540 days. The liquid is highly hydrophilic, so it regains effectiveness on the application surface by absorbing moisture from precipitation, frost, or snowfall.
