Case Studies of "Non-Peeling" Barcode Labels Suitable for Production and Process Management
Cerlabel®
We present a collection of case studies on the use of "Cerlabel," which can adhere to metals, glass, trays, and clothing! It does not peel off even in harsh environments such as high temperatures, chemicals, and impacts!
The barcode system, which has primarily developed in the POS industry, has become widespread as a tool for automating production factories and managing quality. As a result, barcode labels, which are supply items, can no longer rely solely on paper due to the diversification of production environments, making labels made from materials suitable for the usage environment essential. At our company, we initially faced this issue when semiconductor production technology personnel requested development, leading us to create ceramic barcode labels. This marked the beginning of our work on barcode labels for special applications. By developing barcode labels suitable for various environments, we now offer a wide range of heat-resistant and chemical-resistant labels. With the automation of industrial product production, we have greatly contributed to the digitization of product history and management in areas previously considered impossible to manage. For more details, please refer to the materials summarizing the case studies of the Cerlabel series. [Contents of Case Studies] - Automotive parts, ceramics, glass - Train parts, commercial beer kegs - Transport trays in food factories - Rental costumes, uniforms *If you would like samples, please contact us via the inquiry form or request materials.
