A steel frame exterior wall with a one-hour fire resistance structure that can accommodate two types of exterior finishes and reduce construction time. It uses lightweight fire-resistant base materials that can be installed with nails.
The "Fire-Resistant Wall Series" allows for the selection of exterior finishing materials such as ceramic siding and metal exterior materials (like spandrels), providing a fire-resistant structure that enhances the aesthetic appeal and maintenance of exterior walls. The base materials, "Gypsum Board" or "Reinforced Gypsum Board," and the very lightweight "SD Fire-Resistant Panel" can be installed with nails. Additionally, fire resistance can be ensured solely on the outer side of the studs, allowing for the interior side to be left without finishing materials. LGS base + interior materials can be freely designed. 【Features】 ■ Daiken-Nichiwa Fire-Resistant Wall C: Compatible with ceramic siding finishes ■ Daiken Fire-Resistant Wall M: Compatible with metal exterior finishes ■ Common: Certified for 1-hour fire-resistant structure for exterior walls. Daiken-Nichiwa Fire-Resistant Wall C also offers a 30-minute fire-resistant specification. ■ Common: Certified for composite fire protection of steel pipe columns and steel beams with sprayed rock wool covering. ■ The raw materials for the SD Fire-Resistant Panel are eco-friendly materials such as volcanic ash and rock wool. *Only Daiken Industries' "SD Fire-Resistant Panel" will be sold.
