Welding such as endless processing, including the skeleton, is possible! It has a hard resin skeleton and is an all-resin trim.
"Eco Trim" is an all-plastic trim with a revolutionary rigid resin framework. Since it only requires clamping and does not use solvent-based adhesives, it is an environmentally friendly product. It can be attached and detached multiple times, making it highly maintainable. Additionally, unlike conventional trims, the core material does not rust, and processes such as endless welding are also possible. 【Features】 ■ Lightweight due to the non-metal framework ■ The all-plastic design prevents the core material from rusting like standard trims ■ The surface material is an olefin-based elastomer, and the framework is polypropylene, allowing for recycling due to the compatibility of materials ■ Being made of resin, it can be colored ■ Welding processes such as endless welding are possible, including the framework *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
